He also did light gym training and some bowling practice. Naseem suffered a shoulder injury in the Asia Cup. He was also out of the World Cup in India due to injury.

PCB provides an update on Naseem Shah’s rehabilitation:

Fast bowler Nsim Shah will also start batting practice on Thursday and is likely to return to cricket soon. The Pakistan Cricket Board bore all his medical expenses and expert medical staff constantly looked after Naseem Shah. Naseem’s rehabilitation is ongoing in Lahore under the supervision of a strength and conditioning coach, a physiotherapist, and a doctor. Currently, he is doing light exercise and partial bowling practice in the gym. He will start batting from tomorrow.

Pakistan Cricket Board:

According to a press statement issued by the Pakistan Cricket Board, Naseem Shah has begun part of his rehabilitation at the National Cricket Academy in Lahore. After the operation, the young pacer spent two months in the UK for initial rehabilitation and early training, with the Pakistan Cricket Board paying his medical bills.

Naseem’s Shah rehabilitation is being continued at National Cricket Academy, Lahore under the care of a strength and conditioning coach, a physiotherapist, and a doctor.
